Return & Refund Policy

Flou will gladly accept your return item/s only in Kuwait within 14 calendar days of your purchase under the following conditions:

• Items must be returned undamaged and unused with the tag on the item if provided with one.
• No returns will be accepted after the 14-day period.
• Swimsuits and bikini bottoms should be tried on over underwear, without removing the protective strip. Returns will not be accepted if this strip has been removed.
• Lingerie and perfumes can’t be returned.

Your item/s will be checked upon receipt by our team to make sure it meets our return conditions. Funds will be returned to your account based on your bank's processing time. Please note that shipping / delivery fees are excluded from the total amount returned.

Items sold using a discount code or on sale are not eligible for refunds. However the only order that can be refunded even if a discount code was applied is the first order (flou10).
